What a amazing experience in imc ,so great ful to meet with mr.kesap and Mr.mohammed,help full then other,nowadays I received my appointment call on time very understanding management as well,I recommended to every staff should learn from kesap how to talk with customers.

I should have trusted the reviews.... 3 MONTHS to get an appointment, by calling +5 times a day... And they cancel on the eve of the appointment... I am asking for a refund. Dont get tempted by their offer as they cannot commit to it.

Very happy with the service, Dr. Sheila did my hair removal and Hydra facial with Dr. Hala, both were amazing. The reception lady Dapika was polite and she helped me with discount from the owner. Will recommend definitely but the need to add more receptionist, there was only one girl there so 4 star for not having enough staff at front.

My experience at the hospital was exceptionally best! I’ve already talked to my friends about my experience in the IMC MEDICAL CENTER. If I need your service again I certainly will be back. This is a perfect example of how all hospitals should be.

Terrible branch. The other branches are way more professional. The receptionists have no manners and no idea of customer service. Did facial and laser with Dr. Shiela, the philipina and totally satisfied with her work , would recommend her 100%. The staffs now are much better than the previous ones.

Terrible experience! Never book an appointment at this clinic!This was the worst experience I have had since I moved to Dubai. First, they cancelled my appointment and, although they said they would reschedule, they didnt call back. Second, when I arrived at the clinic they made me wait for almost one hour, even though I arrived on time. Finally, they told me a different price and said that my insurance was not accepted. After this nightmare, Im trying to get a refund, but when I call them it either rings and no one picks or they tell me, quite rudely, that they will call back, which is a lie. Avoid this place as much as you can!

Extremely rude staffs, and very unprofessional work was done with them. I got infection all over my face and swelling after i did filler with them. They refused to do anything for me to help me. I cant believe it honestly. And my skin got burnt also after i did body laser with them and i was so angry all they said was sorry and gave me mebo cream to put on it only.

My appointment was set at 12:00 PM and I came ten minutes earlier out of respect for my appointment just to find out the center itself was locked and all the lights were turned off. The dentist isn’t even here yet and they expected me to wait for her to show up. Highly unprofessional, will not come back to be honest! Also, the floor is so dirty and the place does not smell nice.

I visited this center last week with appointment at 3 PM.The floor in the waiting area wasnt clean enough. A lot of stuff dont wear their mask properly (noise is not covered).Also there is no respect to appointments. I waited 40 minutes for the doctor! Then I left! Whats the point of giving an appointment if you are not going to respect it.

Sat for 45 minutes without a word from reception.when I asked how long it would be reception laughed and told me doctors in emergency.

Please don’t deal with this center it’s the worst service ever , i did 6 sessions and i got no result literally !! Their technicians are so rude and impolite and they are not experienced, they are changing the technicians every single session and they don’t give you your enough time for the session and they use wrong power that doesn’t suit ur skin. The receptionist gives me the wrong appointments every time. They don’t pick the phone usually. The management isn’t helpful of unfair.I did many complains but no response.

Dr. Duaa is amazing, she was super gentle with her work and was very efficient with the task. Unfortunately I had a not so pleasant experience with the front desk, I was given a lot of unclear information regarding the pricing, and not only once but the instance happened twice. I was told a certain price at first and then when I came to pay it was way more than was told, at first I didnt mind it but when it happened a second time I was extremely bothered. Fortunately, Dr. Duaa and Jocelyn were extremely understanding and were very kind, I appreciate both of their work very much! The 5 stars I am giving is for them only.

Nice receptionists and stuff but same issue with all this clinics groups , they cannot deal with the offers or the clients , I purchased Botox in the offers , and no single clinic dealing with the Botox per units , doctor keep argue with me for the units when I reach the clinic , then I refused because I know the terms and conditions , and it’s not filler to give avg price , full face means full face , after they agree and had still doubtsBotox effect gone after only one month which is never happened in my life !!! I tried many before other clinics , usually 3 to 4 month !!!!This is very big cheating , I will never come back to this clinics !

Super affordable prices for laser, they always have great offers. Definitely ask for Megan she’s super sweet and try’s her best to make it a painless experience. Customer service aren’t so friendly and taking appointments is very difficult due to always being fully booked.

They dont deserve any stars, every time I come the receptionist are lost and they dont know anything about my appointment knowing that I received a call from them the day before. Once I came to my appointment I found that there is no one form the staff available at the clinic bcz they all went to do some medical tests, Ive been told to wait for 30 minutes, I waited for 1 hour no one showed, they told me that they will call me. I waited three days for their call but no one called, so I called and took another appointment. I came to my appointment on time, and they said sorry the machine is not working. I spoke to the owner of the centre, he apologised and gave me a free session on lazer. So I took an appointment, one day before my appointment I didnt receive any call from them, so I called to confirm, the receptionist told me that there isnt any appointments bcz they updated their system, so I took another appointment. The day before my appointment they called me to confirm, I came the next day, the receptionist told me that there isnt any appointment under my name.

They booked me for 3:30PM appointment but no one attended to me! They made me wait for 1 hour. I asked if its gonna take longer, receptionists told me she will check but she never gave me an update. Waited for another 15 minutes for the update but nothing. I decided to leave instead. If you cant follow your own schedule, dont ask people to make appointments! Its a total waste of time.

My first time to come to this place and would be my last time for sure...I have called the Jumeirah branch to book for dentist and they told me they are not available then they will book for me in Al Barsha branch...i came to alBarsha branch, receptionists not aware of anything no appointment was made...also a bad welcome...the receptionist does not know what dentist means !! I call the Jumeirah branch to complain , surprinsingly they say that their dentist is available and that is was not true that they were not available...they tried to make me get into the dentist and told me you can choose the dentist you want ( which obviously did not happen) and here we go the egyptian dentist came asking the receptionist where is the patient , and the receptionist told her pointing with her finger This. I have visited IMC MEDICAL CENTER, a couple of times for dental. The receptionists were so sweet as well as the dentist. They requested for approval from my insurance company which didnt take long as they promised. Even when a particular procedure was denied, they explained to me and called my insurance company for explanation after which it was approved. I will recommend IMC MEDICAL CENTER to my friends and family any time,any day.

Apart from the kind and attentive manager, Steven, my friend and I had a less than satisfactory experience to say the least. We were enticed by the prices advertised, but upon undergoing their laser treatments, we came to realize that paying even triple what we paid elsewhere would have been wiser.- for my friend, even after she informed the technician that it was her 7th session (whereby the laser would need to be stronger than the previous session to be effective), the technician refused to increase the intensity and kept it at at an extremely low and weak level. Moreover, she completed her WHOLE BODY in under 40 minutes. She sped through the treatment and my friend didn’t feel anything whilst being lasered. Also, the technician wouldn’t even listen to her, she wouldn’t hear what she had to say. In spite of my friend informing the technician, her words fell upon deaf ears. It’s been a month since going, and her hair hasn’t fallen and isn’t “pluckable”. It’s still firmly rooted even after being scrubbed.However, I must add that the manager was kind and understanding, informing my friend that if she wasn’t happy with the treatment, she wouldn’t be charged if she wanted to re-do it. After repeating the treatment, she didn’t see any results.- as for me, it’s also been a month, and although my intensity was a lot higher for my 7th session, and a different machine than my friend’s, the results are equally disappointing- hair isn’t falling, isn’t coming out...Complete waste of money and time and I wouldn’t recommend this clinic for laser. I have been there for dentistry in the past, and I was satisfied- the dentist was nice and knowledgeable.Also, the receptionists weren’t too welcoming/attentive.

My husband and I went to the this clinic upon seeing an offer for Cleaning, polishing and whitening for AED 300, and mentioned this while booking the appointment. On reaching the clinic, we were asked to fill out a form to open a record in their system. When we had to pay the bill, we were charged AED 15 for VAT, which is fine, but another AED 50 per person to open a file! Not once, did the staff mention this fee not when i called to book the appt. nor when we were filling out the form.Very unprofessional dentists arguing in front of their customers on who will use the zoom machine first. The final result was disappointing too. My husbands dentist, barely cleaned my husbands teeth and asked to come back later for a deep cleaning, she was in a hurry to just finish the process.Would never go back here again, despite paying AED 50 to open a file in their system.

Employees doesnt know what is the difference between cosmetic/ Plastic and dermatologist. after waiting 10 days and attending the appointment they booked the wrong doctor!!No one is answering the phone on the appointment date!Bad experience and unprofessional service highly unrecommended

Very disappointed with this center, I had a teeth cleaning scheduled and had to wait an hour before the doctor came out to see me. Apparently the receptionist never told her I had arrived. Very unprofessional and unorganized. Dont waste your time and find another place to go.

It was a great experience with the IMC and especial thanks to Dr Maria for her prefeasional smooth treatment.

I had cryotherapy/fat freezing at IMC Clinic. I was hesitant at first but I have to say the results are amazing. After one treatment I saw results and thus I have scheduled another treatment. The staff was very warm and welcoming and the facility is modern and state of the art. Megan, the nurse walked me through step by step what was going happen during the treatment and did a fabulous job. I will definetly be back to IMC in Barsha Mall.

The center has a bad service. I waited 45 minutes for a dentist’s appointment..Although all clinics and hospitals already give up a break between appointments, at least a quarter of an hour, those who work during the reception do not change ... and the grandfather does not understand their job..the dermatologist is famous and respected .. I left .. the dentist. I left ... the rest is an excellent orthodontist ... a lack of respect for people and their work

I went to the clinic based on the positive comments from 1 month until now, 6 months. They did not call me to tell me what happened to the measurements that I took note of that I paid an amount of 7000 dirhams and the full capacity for a year. Unfortunately, they did not respond and I called and went to the clinic while they were evading. The treating doctor unfortunately did not inquire about the delay. I do not recommend this clinic .. The receptionists service is the worst! After they gave me an appointment and paid for my treatment, when I got there on the scheduled day they told me that my appointment was not there, they sent me for another day without any apologies. It is seen that they are receptionists without training and very disorganized.

All thanks to the center imc for the treatment and distinguished service, especially Dr. Dima dentist for the treatment, cleaning, whitening and polishing, taking into account the respect of appointments and sterilization of machines and skilled nursing staff.
